Todd lives in Gray, with his wife, and three children. He and his family are active members of Boones Creek Christian Church. He is also active in the community, serving on the Johnson City Junior Achievement Board of Directors. Todd earned his Bachelors Degree in accounting from Emory & Henry Collge, in 1990, and has been a CPA since 1993. He also holds an MBA from Milligan College.
